What is Youth Mental Health First Aid?
An evidence- and skills-based training for adults who frequently interact with youth. This training provides the tools a layperson needs to recognize the signs and symptoms of common mental health and substance use challenges in adolescents. Participants will leave the training having learned and practiced a 5-step action plan for when faced with youth in crisis and non-crisis situations. Increase your mental health literacy, become more confident when helping a young person in distress, act as a valuable link to early intervention, register today!
