This inaugural annual event will provide Arlington students, families, and residents the opportunity to connect, build camaraderie, and celebrate LGBTQIA+ identities and experiences. The festive event will focus on Pride, inclusion, belonging, and creating community, featuring arts and crafts, music, games, and a bouncy house for all ages.
Activities are being hosted and staffed by each of the elementary school Rainbow Alliances, the middle school QSAs, and the Arlington High School GSA. A percentage of the proceeds from the event will be donated to support each of these school groups which are focused on providing LGBTQIA+ students and allies with safe spaces to connect and discuss and celebrate LGBTQIA+ identities and experiences.
